What is the Fee For The Program
The fee for the entire program is $99.99. There are no hidden costs or fees nor will we attempt to sell you anything extra.
Do I Have to Be Local to You or Come to the Studio?
No, The program is offered through email and our FREE My Coach app which is available on both Apple & Android.
What If I have a vacation or special event to attend that might throw me off track?
This is a great question! Let's face it we ALL have to deal with "life" and that's one of the key benefits of the program. We'll teach you how to deal with vacations and special events without sabotaging your fitness journey or goals.
What if I want to join your Fitness/Training Sessions? Are They Included in the Program?

What If I Can't Make the Weekly Coaching Call?
No worries, we'll be recording the call and you'll have 24/7 access to watch the call at your convienence.
Will I be Able to Do the Workouts? My Fitness Level isn't where I'd like it to be and I'm worried I won't be able to do them.
We hear you and have you covered. The workouts we provide can be adapted to ANY fitness level and don't require any equipment at all. In fact these are the very same workouts we use at our Training Studio where people of all levels & ability workout. Have any injury or limitation? Let us know and we'll be happy to provided you with alternative exercises that you suit you and your level of ability
