Meet laurie

It is an incredible feeling as I have dedicated my life to others for improvement of their health and wellness. It is my mission to not just add years to their life, but life to their years.

Laurie is CEO and co-owner  of Full Circle Fitness,  a unique boutique style fitness studio who's clients are not comfortable in large group fitness centers.  

Laurie specializes in Cancer Fitness, Functional Fitness, Strength and Balance, 1:1 training along with semi private group training.

 

She believes each person is unique and works with her clients to tailor their exercise program to meet their needs.

Meet DaN

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (AFFA) and Certified Nutrition Coach (Pn) who specializes in working with the morbidly obese. With over 30 years of experience I have helped thousands of folks to not just lose weight but keep it off.

 

I am also former “fatty” who weighed in excess of 350 pounds. About 10 years ago I lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off. I understand the trials and tribulations with trying to lose weight and keeping it off. I also know there is no magic pill, shake or formula that will make you lose weight.

 

My philosophy is to help my clients get fit through proper diet and exercise. I also believe that exercising should be fun and strive to have everyone leave my sessions with a smile on their face. I want people to think of the hour with me as the best part of their day.

 

In addition to being a personal trainer I am also a competitive athlete competed at the Masters level U.S. Nationals & World Rowing Championships. I also played & coached football at several levels for over 30 years!  Rowing Association. In my spare time I enjoy biking and am presently training to do my 2nd Triathlon.
