When Does The Program Start & End?
The Program Begins on Tuesday September 13th and runs for 4 weeks ending on October 15th
Do I Need to Sign Up for a Membership or Make A Long Term Commitment?
Absolutely not! The Program fee covers the entire cost of the program and there is no long term commitment. That said more than 90% of past participants have decided to continue on with us and signed up for a membership because they enjoyed it so much & got results!
Is This and In-Person or Online Program?
The program is offered both at our studio in Wilmington, NC as well as online using Zoom.
What Happens if I Can't Make a Particular Session Time?
Sessions are offered at the prescribed times, however if you cannot make your session time you can switch to another time or possibly join in one of our regular team training sessions. We also offer the bonus training session on Saturdays!
I'm so happy that I started the New Beginnings program in June instead of going to a gym. I honestly would not have known what to do in a gym. FCF is so much more than that!
