"Perfection is Overrated" and since none of us.... let me repeat that NONE OF US is perfect or can be seeking perfect can only lead to one thing... failure
And this is why so many people don't succeed when it comes to trying to lose weight. We see it all the time.
Someone decides this is it..i'm ready to lose this weight and goes all in. They jump on one of those fad diets or they buy a bunch of "miracle weight loss" products from their office co-worker. Perhaps they decide to hit the gym 7 days a week for 2 hours or that they aren't going to eat out anymore.. as in EVER again.
They are seeking perfection and because they are they are doomed to failure because as we said earlier NO ONE can be perfect.
Slow and steady wins the race. . For your best chance of success focus not on being "perfect" but making small changes 1 or 2 at a time and making them habit. Then once they are focus on another 1 or 2 items and so on.
This is how people change their lifestyle not just for a few days or weeks but for life. If you do...Not only will you be more likely to succeed in getting the weight off.. you'll be far FAR more likely to do something even more important. Keep it off!
